  • With the large-scale integration of renewable energy, the increasingly complex AC/DC hybrid grid architecture, and the growing frequency of extreme events, the secure and stable operation of new-type power systems is facing unprecedented challenges. Centered on the theme of system security, stability, and resilience enhancement, this forum focuses on frontier topics including stability mechanism analysis, operational situation awareness, security defense and control, cascading failure mitigation, resilience-oriented planning, and emergency operation under extreme risks. At present, data intelligence technologies represented by big data analytics, machine learning, and deep learning are profoundly transforming the way power systems are modeled, perceived, and controlled. These technologies can mine operational patterns from massive measurement data, characterize system vulnerabilities, anticipate instability risks, and support rapid intelligent decision-making, thereby opening up new pathways for tackling high-dimensional, nonlinear, and highly uncertain problems. The forum cordially invites experts and scholars from academia and industry to exchange ideas, share innovative achievements and practical experience in the deep integration of data intelligence and power systems, and jointly explore the path toward intelligent and resilient new-type power systems.

This forum is intended for researchers, engineering experts, and grid operation managers in the fields of power systems and artificial intelligence. It focuses on the innovative applications of data intelligence in stability analysis, security control, cascading failure mitigation, and resilience-oriented planning, aiming to distill common technical bottlenecks, exchange cutting-edge theoretical methods and engineering practices, and promote the development of solutions that deeply integrate data intelligence with power systems, so as to enhance the grid's capability for security defense and efficient operation under complex faults and extreme risks.
